Advanced Technology Center
Our Advanced Technology Center in Massachusetts, USA is a state-of-the-art facility for advanced chip making, operator training, and equipment demonstration. Customers gain hands-on experience setting up and operating Axcelis equipment in a real-world clean room setting, without having to take their equipment off-line. Course options range from tool setup and operation to basic recovery capabilities.
Mixed reality training
Using Microsoft HoloLens technology in conjunction with hands-on training, instructors use 3D holograms to explain components and demonstrate procedures. This technology is also available to enhance virtual training and to facilitate remote service by Axcelis support engineers.
Experienced instructors
Instructors are highly experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of Axcelis equipment operation and troubleshooting. Our multidisciplinary team includes members with experience working in fabs.
